Few mins in front of a screen talking to a person who isn't an actual psychiatrist. Pills that do nothing but make the real problem worse to be given different pills to make the problem even more worse. I had a severe panic attack after taking the meds they gave me. How can you diagnose a person in a few minutes?. You can't. Period. Here try these pills... Nope didn't work...Here try these. Texas is by far one of the worst mental/medical healthcare providers for low income people in the nation. Facts.
These guys are a lot nicer than people seem to make out. I’ve been going here on and off for 6 years, my fault really. Covid has changed the game some. My only complaint is if you miss two consecutive appointments you have to restart the entry process all over, I’ve done it at least 3 times. Other than that it’s great, they seem to listen to me though my favorite doctors have left and I see granado now. My case managers have been great, I really love my new one miss Gana.
