These guys are a lot nicer than people seem to make out. I’ve been going here on and off for 6 years, my fault really. Covid has changed the game some. My only complaint is if you miss two consecutive appointments you have to restart the entry process all over, I’ve done it at least 3 times. Other than that it’s great, they seem to listen to me though my favorite doctors have left and I see granado now. My case managers have been great, I really love my new one miss Gana. American healthcare, what can I say, it sucks and they are trying their best I guess? But regardless the counselor sucks and stuff
I have never met an unkind worker at this place. They are always calm and helpful. The waiting times for getting an appointment can be longer than desirable, but once in they do their best to give you the attention and help that you need and deserve. This place has been so much help for my family.
