It's old, the water pipes aren't well insulated, and the kitchen is on the small side but over ask the apartments are large and comfortable. Gale and the rest do a great job, they even changed the closet layout when I moved in. Need something fixed? Maintenance will have it done in one to two days. It's in a great location too. Rent is very fair for what you get. If you want a great staff that will take care of your apartment and be extremely friendly while doing so this place is for you.
