Anytime I needed anything fixed after being told to write things down for inspection they never fixed any of it. Mold was in the bathroom, in the vents, and under my furniture I found upon moving. When I moved out the storage area in the back that had my belongings was rat and mold infested and ruined my things. I now have a lawyer trying to contact me because they are trying to charge me 1,500 dollars for not removing the rat infested items from the storage when I left. Id think twice before dealing with these people.

DON'T MOVE HERE . THE MANGEMENT IS RUDE, AND DOESN'T FIX PROBLEMS. WHEN I FIRST MOVED INTO MY APARTMENT I HAD FLEAS IN THE APARTMENT . IT TOOK 4 TIMES FOR THEM TO GET RID IF THE FLEAS . AFTER THE FLEAS I HAD WORMS IN MY APARTMENTS , THEY CONSTANTLY SPRAYED AND THEY NEVER WENT AWAY . THEY DIDN'T CARE . SO I STOPPED PAYING RENT BECAUSE MY ISSUE WASN'T BEING SOLVED , IN MY LEASE THAT I SIGNED IT SAYS THE LANSLORD KEEPS THE APARTMENT IN GOOD AND SANITARY LIVING CONDITIONS . THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN .
