Worst Apartment Owner Ever!!!! The apartments seem nice at first, until you move in. The office manager (which changes once every few months) runs through the inspection, writing good in every column. However, good was not the condition of everything - my bathroom sink had a flaking rust hole about 3 inches wide, which I reported once a week for the first moth I lived there, yet was not fixed until 7 months after I had lived there. Is dealing with a horrible owner worth it? I lived here as a (responsible) college student for 3.5 years. I had some flaky roommates so I went through four. I liked it for reasons mentioned in other reviews - assigned parking, towing enforced, well-kept grounds, but I'm not sure that the low price was worth dealing with the owner Tom Sekhani. lawyer Everybody stay away from this apartment complex. The manger tom is rude, never listens to you and does what ever he wants. He wanted to evict me because I had two friends over. One mooring he knocked on my door and told my firend to leave my apartment just because he dosent like the way he dresses. I cant take living here I fell like im walking on egg shells all the time. Please do your slef a favor and stay away from this place. If you dont belive me just go talk to Tom your self.

Don't Make The Mistake I did!!!1 – I lived here for almost two years because my job was literally a block up the street. The landlord "Tom" Sekhani is a racist man. He was sued by the U.S. Justice department for discriminating against women and children. Don't believe me? Go to any of the local TV station websites and search "Pecan Terrace".
