My wife and I worked with Tim Bennight to buy our new DR Horton home in Pecan Square. Tim was awesome to work with! He helped us with so much and was always available when we had questions. We were selling a home and buying the new DR Horton home and the process can be mind boggling at times. Tim was just great to have as a reliable knowledgeable resource to help us make the transition.
Tim was our salesman for our first home that my wife and I purchased. Cannot recommend him enough and we very much appreciated the integrity, professionalism and thoroughness that Tim displayed throughout the whole process!
As a real estate agent, I wanted to look at new builds to show to my potential buyers that I might be working with. I toured their model home and it was very nice. I would buy it.
Overall buying experience with DR Horton was great . Sales manager Tim did a wonderful job and made sure he was available till the closing to make the buying process smooth.
