This place is a joke!!! Would not recommend this place very cheap fixtures, no water pressure, poor parking, pool doesnt open until June and closes on Labor Day! The list goes on. Pay a few bucks more and rent somewhere else! I am ready for my lease to expire so I can live elsewhere!!
The manager Gina is absolutely terrible!!!! When I moved into Pecan Acres the manager Jeanine was very profressional and friendly. When she quit and Gina took her place I cringed! Gina had managed another apartment I lived & I could go on about the torment she put tenants through but that was a different place.By the time our lease was up the apt complex was going to sh** so my husband & I decided to move elsewhere. Ive just moved in so I cant attest to long term service, but I do have to agree that Jeannine is very professional, and at least as far as what ive seen, seems like shell bend over backwards. Again, very professional.
By: CarrieMrs. Jeannine (manager) is the most proffessional and caring person to live under at Pecan Acres. Now that she is back im sure things are 100 times better than they were when Gina was there (obviously someone else saw she wasnt doing very well there). I would recommend anyone live here as long as Jeannine is in charge. Anything you need she makes you feel like you are the most important thing on her list, even after I left here to purchase a home she still helps me when I call about mail or something.
When we first moved in it was nice until the new manager(Gina) took over shes rude she doesnt fix anything and she likes to come in your apartment when she thinks no one is home.
The new leasing Manager(Gina) is horrible to deal with. She rarely answers the phone and it takes forever for her to call you back. I was going to move there but she didnt tell me until 2 days before that I didnt have an apartment to move into. The only option she gave me was storage but no where to live. She thinks she appeases situations by calling you "baby" 20 times in a conversation but it really doesnt help. Though rent is cheap its not worth it.
