Why y'all keep giving bad reviews it's amazing I used to live here no cockroaches,no dirt it just is because it's an old apartment! Although there was ants the start of I moved here but it's amazing! Come on it's the best apartment
El problema no es la administración ni el mantenimiento he vivido aquí durante 5 años y nunca he tenido ningún problema los apartamentos son buenos son los residentes que viven aquí los que están sucios la gente no respeta nada ninguna persona que sigue las reglas tiene un problema son los que quieren abusar de las reglas los que se quejan.
Es un lugar socio, tiene chiripas, no hacen los respectivos mantenimientos, no hay seguridad dado que se roban los paquetes, no venden tickets para visitantes, es caro y la administración no es nada amable.
En este complex las cosas van de mal en peor,,el mantenimiento en los edificios lo limpian una vez a la semana , el laundry las aguas negras se desbordan cada vez que uno lava por la insalubridad qué hay , y para colmo este año quitaron los tickets de visitante osea nadie te puede visitar porque te remolcan el carro a plena luz del día donde en todos los complex del Estado de Illinois hay tickets para visitantes y la renta la han aumentado demasiado, y ni decir de la basura .
