A very good company with very attentive and caring staff, and a very convenient service. Apartments suitable for a wide range of guests.
I really enjoyed the location surrounded by walking trails and nature. The staff especially Alexis were very accommodating to my needs while going through the trials and tribulations with my home situation post fire.
Waited 20 min past our tour appointment scheduled at 2PM. We called several times and they didn’t pick up our call until 30 minutes past our scheduled time. Leasing agent said she was on another tour and didn’t have her phone on her but was patronizing when we expressed frustration over the 2PM scheduled time. We just would’ve appreciated a heads up that things were running behind schedule. Disorganized and poor communication.
The staff here is extraordinary! I moved here from out of state about 9 months ago, and everyone has been nothing but welcoming and kind. The community is absolutely wonderful too. If and when the time comes for me a move, I’m definitely staying within Bigos properties. They’re management is like no other I’ve seen Also shoutouts to Alexis in the leasing office for being the one who helped us through the process got us here.
