This is definitely a terrible place in this area. The apartments are old enough and tenants are charged more than the quality of the room and facility. You pay extra extremely high utility and maintenance cost. The staffs in the leasing office are rude and unprofessional at all. When you move out, they charge you more than the deposit you give them. I love living at Pebblebrook. The staff members are so helpful. The residents (I have met) are so nice and the pool is amazing. Great community in general. Awesome place to have a dog and you can even find some good pick-up games of bball. I love it here.
Our apartment is quiet, the neighbors have always been respectful, and the pool (which has a cabana and pool table) is never too crowded to enjoy it. It's not like the other apartment complexes that attract the younger crowd.
I have lived at Pebblebrook for 2 years so far (and recently signed a lease for an additional 2 years). Pebblebrook has largely been a good place to live. The apartments themselves are large with nice furnishings. For those attending Kent State, it is located far enough from school to not feel like you are on the campus but close enough to easily get to school. I just moved in and I must say the quality is fantastic. The room looks good as new, and the workers in the office are so helpful with answering all my questions. The free coffee is pretty sweet too I must say. Computers have fast internet and printing is free-which is perfect for us students. I highly recommend! That Drew employee was especially helpful with my lease!

I just moved in about a month ago and love my new home already! The apartment is extremely spacious and modern with great appliances. As a college student, it's amazing to have an apartment that includes a washer and dryer. It's not too far from the Kent State campus and Parta runs out here. If you have a pet they will have plenty of room. It's a great place to live for any kind of resident, from college students like me to couples or families.
