Pebblebrook Apartments When my wife and I moved into Pebblebrook it was nice enough, the area is nice here in Rockwall and the neighbors are courteous and quite. These points remain true till this day, but there are some drawbacks here. First of all there are foundation shifts that lead to new cracks in the walls every so often and cause certain doors to no longer close, which the front office assures me is not dangerous and has just patched over them. Good, almost great General review: The apartments are a little older and slightly rundown, but it's still a great place to live. I rarely have problems with neighbors and they look nice for an aging apartment complex. The girls in the office have been there for a while and are extremely helpful. My only true complaint about the place is the traffic in the area, but it's not a huge deal. It's a "little" pricey for what it is, but Rockwall is an amazing place to live. You pay for location. Close to Everything! Our apartments were built in the 80's. They are spacious. Close to schools they have covered parking. Right across from the beautiful Library, the New City Courthouse and the High school. Close to the malls and grocery stores. And restaurants. You get what you pay for in Rockwall. Older complex reflected in outdated condition. Basic amenities. Pleasant staff. Maintenance suspect.
