I was happy for the most part until I was told my dog had extremely advanced lung cancer and I had to put him down immediately on April 15th by the 24 hour emergency clinic. An xray of his lung was taken on February 20th and the cancer wasn't detected. Why wasn't it detected? Were the scans not sent out to be read like I was told they were? It would have appreciated the opportunity to have that time to say good bye to my dog, instead of a few hours. They took care of our puppy like she was their own. Dee Dee was in for 3 and a half weeks and I received phone call updates almost every day. Plus, Dee Dee really liked the people working there. There really isn't any higher praise than that. Thanks!
The doctors and staff are always great to our animals. Our dogs stay with them every time we're out of town. Dr. Hines took such good care of our old boy as he aged. She was there with us every step of the way (including the end).

The care here is top-notch and you always get the personal touch. If you Board your pets you can leave them with the peace of mind they are well cared for and relax while you are away. Thanks Fr. Diaz and staff. There is no other place to take your pets in the LV Valley !
I brought Chloe in an emergency situation because she had eaten something and she was poisoned. The doctor was fabulous! He gave her a complete physical and said that it was toxicity and he did not run any tests or x-rays because he said there was nothing to warrant it. So I only paid for a physical exam charge which she was due for one anyway. I am delighted. Today Chloe is perfectly healthy again.
Team was great. They took care of our baby Edward.
