Just a quick update about living in Pebble Creek 2 months in . The management company and the maintenance men our top-notch. Not everywhere are you going to find people that follow rules but that's not about the community it's the people. Mentioned to Edward my dryer was taking a bit longer than usual to dry, within a week I had a brand new Maytag dryer put in 15 minutes it's perfect cut the drying time exactly in half brilliant. There’s a lack of response and follow ups with work orders. I submitted a work order on 6/9 for a leak in my water heater. They came out to address the issue but never completed the job and left it as seen in the photo. 4 MONTHS LATER…. On 10/29 I go to submit a request for the job to be completed… because my water heater STILL isn’t working as it should. And here we are a month later and the work order has yet to be attended to. Absolutely horrendous management. Poor maintained and very dirty. Too expensive for the quality and service provided. Highly recommended to look elsewhere for apartments.
This Palace Is Discourage they wanna charge me for a whole month of rent, knowing that I have 10 days to be an apartment. Incredible also roaches everywhere like there are marching bands, lack of maintenance lack of communication lack of documentation will never rent this place again. also fuses from the boxes for the refrigerator blown out never came to the apartment to fix the problem. They say it wear and tear and hopefully they don’t grab my deposit stingy people.
First of all I want to start off by saying it’s 5 in the morning and i’ve been up since 12. I got home from work at 12:40 at night just getting back from picking up my daughter and we come in and there’s 4 roaches in my living room , 3 in my bathroom , 3 in my bedroom and 2 in my daughters room. Ive been so patient with this place and it’s just out of control ..
