This will be our second year here and while rent is affordable for a 2bedroom 2 bath townhome, maintenance will never fix anything in your home we have window seals that are old and cracked when it rains heavy water leaks in, half of our electric outlets dont work, our air filter has never been changed so i buy our own filters and change them, we have roaches that the apartment complex has yet to take care of so of course we are buying our own products since there pest control sucks, valet trash is shitty. DO NOT RENT!!! This apartment strongly lack’s management, the management is very unprofessional when emailing the management staff about important info it takes days for them to reply to your emails. Also the complex has no corporate you can speak with that means that if management doesn’t like what you have to say or like what has been brought to their attention they ignore you and your work orders for maintenance.
