I can say there’s things that can be worked on since moving in about a month ago but overall it’s a quiet complex and the office people do what they can to help.
Do not rent in this apt complex. Some People who live there smoke all kinds of stuff. And apt smell moldy . All kinds of dust
Most of the buildings have animal feces and trash as you walk up the stairs to your apartment. Nothing has been done about that in the two years I’ve lived here. Apartments are not maintained very well. The maintenance technicians are good but the management and office staff behind them are horrible. Pool areas aren’t very nice. The main pool area has rotting bbqs and a jacuzzi that hasn’t worked in years. No real plus to moving here other than kinda cheaper rent.
