Lived here for 8 years with minimal issues until the past year. The new property manager is unresponsive to voicemails, emails, and maintenance tickets about actual issues. Like my washing machine not working. They knocked out the walkway in the middle of the buildings and our apartment is slanting sideways, we also can't open some windows because of it. My time as a tenant has been pretty awful, the complex fails to maintain, upkeep, or update buildings, which led to over 50 people being evicted from their residence, my ac is constantly out, complex stickers car windows when no violation is occurring, avoid pebble creek
