I’ve been a resident at Pebble Creek for 2 years now and just renewed my lease again. They have the best maintenance; Keith & Quan are so great and request are responded to quickly. I also had great interactions with the front office from Kathy who is so sweet & helpful as well as Edward. It is an older complex but it is very quiet and peaceful; they also have events every other month which is great!
My time as a tenant has been pretty awful, the complex fails to maintain, upkeep, or update buildings, which led to over 50 people being evicted from their residence, my ac is constantly out, complex stickers car windows when no violation is occurring, avoid pebble creek It has also been over 30 days since move out, and we have yet to receive our deposit back, and no word of any charges, will update when the lawyer advises
Lived here for 8 years with minimal issues until the past year. The new property manager is unresponsive to voicemails, emails, and maintenance tickets about actual issues. Like my washing machine not working. They knocked out the walkway in the middle of the buildings and our apartment is slanting sideways, we also can't open some windows because of it. Bueno voy a dar esta opinión porque creo que la las personas q están buscando renta y los dueños de este complex necesitan saber, me a ser que a este lugar porq en la website dice q hay unidades disponibles para aplicar,luego vas a la oficina y te dicen q no hay nada disponible no te preguntan ni x cuantas habitaciones buscas ni nada la chica que tienen de resección es súper cortante y creo q una persona te puede yebar al éxito o ala ruina.y lo otro es q tienen sus complex cerca que es terrace en lake Mary que el personal es... read more
