I had a wonderful experience at this complex! The Property Manager, Kathy, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything here is perfect. I initially wanted a first-floor unit, but Kathy showed me a second-floor apartment with a stunning view of the local wildlife and extra space for only an $80 difference. I’ve had a very frustrating experience living at Pebble Creek. Management and maintenance have been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. At one point I submitted important documents to the office to start the process of removing someone from my lease. Those documents were lost by the office staff (Edward ,kathy )which created a serious problem for me because they were very important to the situation. I recently rented the clubhouse at Pebble Creek. My wife and I extremely happy with how everything came out. They were flexible with us by letting us decorate the night before and this release some stress for us. All of our guests were very impressed with how clean and well maintained the place was. I recently moved into this community and my experience has been great so far. From the very beginning, Kathy, the leasing agent, made both my mother and me feel genuinely welcomed during our tour. She was professional and kind. The move-in experience was smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. The property itself is very well maintained, clean, and inviting. I've lived in Pebble Creek for a couple of years and I love living here. The office staff is an amazing and the maintenance guys Keith and Kevin are the best! They always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our apartment. The place is lovely and I love that they have more then one pool plus a gym that’s all well maintained
