It is illegal to lock a resident out of their account. You have to take a resident to court. Pebblecreek manager locked me in the leasing office. SSTAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPLEX.
Pebblecreek is very HORRBILE. First I received a 30 day notice to quit because management FAILED to give me the recertification papers and new lease. I then rectify and sign new lease, then they backdate lease and aske my to pay $350 because they FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB. Then manager got mad because I didn't agree with a backdated lease that was less than a year. I then wrote on the top of the lease the dates I wasn't under lease. Once again Pebble Creek Apartments in Southfield, MIchigan has poor customer service skills . Management is horrible. Entrance and the majority of the complex is PITCH BLACK at night and Management keeps putting it off on DTE it's no an DTE issue. IT'S A PEBBLE CREEK ISSUE. Retaliation is real with management. Management FAILED TO GIVE ME RECERITICATION PAPERS AND TRYING TO EVICT ME BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB.
