I just left Pebble Creek Apartments a few months ago after staying there for two years. Out of desperation to find a place in between Cleveland and Akron for work, I turned to this apartment complex. I can't count how many times I witnessed kids almost being struck by cars, and kids playing carelessly in the parking lot. The management doesn't care about this issue.
