Decent We have been here for a year and so far it has been a good experience. If you are looking for a decent apartment in a decent area at a decent price then this is for you. Pebble cove is a very middle road apartment complex. Be prepared to be able to hear everything your neighbors above you and below you do. The walls here seem very thin.
