We had Latte's and (3) very yummy desserts! It was a beautiful afternoon - music playing was great! A very nice garden to sit! 😊

Ever since the original chef left this place has gone down hill.
Stopped by to buy the Pease's chocolates before heading back to Chicago. It was our first time, I heard a lot about this place and was surprised to see how beautiful inside of the store, a fancy candy shop and on one side is the restaurant, so we end up staying for breakfast as well. Wonderful and quaint atmosphere. Everything was delicious and staff was so friendly. Highly recommended
I am from Bloomington. I've driven down to Springfield twice now in the last few months to try the freak shakes and both times they have been out of them. If you advertise that something is for a certain time, then you should ensure you have enough product for that period of time otherwise you are just falsely advertising. This is bad business practice. If I could give this 0 stars I would.
So much to love about Bunn Gourmet! Take all my money....
Freak Shake was amazing but very pricey at $9. May only stop in once a month or so. Service was excellent. Place was beautiful inside.
Overrated...$9 for a milkshake that takes 30 minutes to get with 2 kids is not good in my book.
