A good place to live
Our Experience with Pulte homes has been exceptional. Especially after buying the home. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they keep their word for their warranty. We recently had some water damage our interior walls and "Gierrmo" from the Pulte warranty Service team went out of his way to take care of us. Thank you Pulte for living up to your standard unlike other builders. And thank you Gierrmo for going the extra mile for us.
I'm extremely disappointed with Pulte Homes' quality and service. Our floor tiles are breaking, and it's clear that the construction standards are subpar. The lack of responsiveness to issues is concerning, especially given the likelihood that problems will persist even after the warranty expires due to poor installation. Recommendation: Consider alternative builders with a reputation for quality and reliable customer service. Pulte Homes fell short of our expectations, and we wouldn't recommend them to others.
We just purchased a home in Santa Rita Ranch & it is absolutely beautiful. The construction manger (Eric) is amazing & provided great communication at the time of closing. He also came to our home days after closing to ensure we were satisfied & helped with the issues that came within the first 24 hours after closing. The remainder of the team, i.e., the building manager, Nathan, & the loan officers (Miriam, Brittany, Shannon) are extremely disorganized.
