I had a recall on my 2013 Optima SXL for a steering issue. I set up an appointment with the service department on January 8, 2018. Prior to entrusting the mechanics with doing the right thing and correcting my steering, my fog lights worked perfectly fine. I get my car back and my fog lights do not work. From purchasing the Sorento last year to two visits for service (oil changes), the staff are superior in friendliness and efficiency. The service rep even took time to load my new android phone to my car's system. That was above and beyond and I think him immensely. Great dealership!
I needed a new key cut for my '09 Spectra as I lost one and they did the deed within 10 minutes while I waited. They were great!
Took my 2012 Optima in with steering problems. Was told there was a recall for a faulty coupling that was the cause. They also found a few minor fixes that were needed. In and out in a hour! Great service wait area too.
2 years ago after an accident, I was forced to look for a car. I did an Internet search and found a great deal at Kia Pearson. I drove the 2 hours there. Toby was the salesman that greeted me.
