We use Pearson-Kelly for service on our copier in our church office. They are always quick to respond to service calls. The service technicians are very knowledgeable about our machine and they are well aware of what issues may come up with it. We had an issue come up yesterday that was resolved easily over the phone; no service to the machine was needed. I really appreciated that the technician took the time to explain what was going on.
