Great customer service.
Dealer only offered $2,000 for 2010 Volkswagen Jetta with only 95,000 miles. Three other dealers offered $4,000 and above. I figured they are trying to compensate due to having to lower the price 2,000 on the vehicle I was interested in. Before doing business with this dealership make sure you know exactly what your trade in is worth.

Confusion on where the car was/if it was sold, etc. The color on the picture wasn't the same as in the description. Will look, but not sure if I will go back there. Unless, they have exactly what I am looking for. Also, confusion with the sales rep communication. Waited on Sunday 5/7 for a rep, I guess the rep didn't know we were waiting and ready to buy. Will continue looking.
I went to the Hall Street location and I spoke Harry about the Honda Civic Touring, by the way Harry had a great personality, however his manger refused the offer because it was $600 less. I politely left the place then one of there agent, Frank gives me call a day later. I though they accepted the deal, instead Frank used an aggressive tone and I felt uncomfortable so I ended the call quickly.
They decided NOT to offer the car to retail. They said it was going to wholesale.
