Timely and very courteous.
I am very pleased with my new-to-me car and with the extraordinary service I received at Pearson’s Honda. The car was exactly as described, looked brand new and was immaculately clean. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I highly recommend this dealership.

I worked with Frank Goodman and Charles Carr and found them both to be friendly as well as professional. They responded immediately to my inquiry on-line and I went to see the car that night. They kept in touch with me over the next few days while I was making a decision. I think they offered me the best I was going to get on my old car. Great service with knowledgeable folks, but the best part was their eagerness to help in anyway they can without being pushy.
Dealt over the phone with salesman, he refused to send me a copy of CARFAX report, saying I didn’t need one because the accucheck was available on their website. Salesman stopped responding to me when I stated I was not driving 1.5 hours to see a car without seeing a CARFAX first.
I happy with meeting and service of saler Mr Young.
