The staff at this office is just awful. Dr. Pearson was out for almost 3 weeks, staff ignored my request for a prescription refill and refused to address a temporary refill until after his return. Also unable to locate my file. Do yourself a favor e and go somewhere else.
I wouldn't recommend. Seems like a nice guy, and I'm sure he used to be fine. First, the wait is unacceptable. The waiting room is packed. And it appears appointments are stacked on top of each other. Which is a problem, and is explained, because Doctor Pearson comes in and chats for way too long about everything except your reason for being there, and some of the conversations touch on inappropriate. Office well organized for care in Covid-19 era. Door open, receptionist did not require ID cards if same as previous visit, masks worn, patients seated at distance in waiting room.

Dr Pearson is a great Doctor, who takes the time to put the patient in a context and actually figure out how to treat them. Two of my family members have been treated by him and we have been very satisfied. he is really knowledgeable! he takes the the time and gives the results!
So glad I went to Dr. Pearson. What a caring, knowledgeable doctor! No rushing here. Dr. Pearson takes the time to listen, explain and treat your condition. I have been to 3 other incompetent dermatologists. I finally found the right one.
