Just getting an oil change at Pearson Auto here in Syracuse. Love supporting a terrific local business. Have brought our cars here since they opened a few years ago and it has always been a great experience. Honest, friendly and affordable!
Brought my jeep in with issues unknown to try and figure out why it wouldn't pass emissions. These guys are awesome, from Cody at the front to Robert working on it and the owner! They got it fixed in a timely manner and when we got the bill, I couldn't believe it! Wow, reasonable prices beyond anything I expected! Thank you Pearson Auto! I will definitely be a customer for life and you can beat I'll tell everyone I know about you guys! Thanks again for such great service and friendship!
These guys were amazing - we are on a road trip from Michigan and needed a new alternator. So we didn't have to spend an extra night there in a hotel, they got us in same day. AND so we didn't have to rent a car while ours was being operated on, one of the techs loaned his car so we could get to see Antelope Island!

took my Camaro in to get an exhaust built for it they did an OK job the people there was rude and didn't have a sense of humor. They tuned my carb without asking and this caused my car to back fire. my car never backfired ever since i had work done to it. almost everyone in my neighborhood has had a bad experience at Pearsons. But overall they get the job done.
Check engine light came on they told me it was a bad gas cap. Any other place probably would've lied to me and charged me something I didn't need. They are honest
