We were referred to Pearson Auto by a coworker after being told how honest they were. We had a knocking noise on our front end. Turned out it was a strut that was bad. Ken Pearson called and told me that it looked like a brand new strut. This was on a vehicle we had just purchased 2 weeks ago from a Dealership. He recommended we call them to ask about the part. Our daughter usually drives our BMW but I drove it yesterday and I was positive our brakes were grinding. Turned out brakes are fine there just dirty/glazed. How honest is that?! We thought we needed a complete brake job with rotor repairs. We ended up just having the oil changed! Thank you for being so honest and helpful!
