So my first visit here started off good, everyone was nice, professional, and made me feel welcome. I have had bad dental problems for quite some time and was missing quite a few teeth and had a few teeth that were cracked and kept getting infected and hurt all the time. WORST office I have ever stepped foot in. VERY DIRTY and BLOODY PATIENTS in the waiting area after having teeth pulled. MANAGER VERY VERY VERY RUDE!! DOES NOT give you time to ask questions, or even a second to think about what you want to have done FIRST! Manager RUSHES you right out the door after collecting your money and is not friendly AT ALL! Seems to me, all she cares about is TAKING YOUR MONEY!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE OUT OF THERE!!!! Dr floyed bagwell and his staff at affordable dentures in Towson are very nice people they make sure you are ok and they take care of you they are very nice people and gave me a very nice set of immediate dentures can't wait to see what my perms look like I really appreciate there work and would recommend any body to there office in Towson
My Experience was Excellent on 06/20/2014. I was seen at my scheduled time, the office had my previous records from 2011. Everyone was friendly. They now have two Doctors in the office and the one I saw was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She allowed me to ask any question and provided all the answers. Horrible, horrible place. Affordable Dentures provided me with the worst service I have ever experienced with any “professional” medical office. Rude, hostile, uninformed staff, high pressure sales techniques and “Bait and Switch” tactics, provided a dental experience reminiscent of “Little Shop of Horrors.” I would not recommend this sham of a dental practice to my worst enemy.

Completely unprofessional! You wasted 3 hours during a dental emergency by telling me you accept my insurance and then when I get there telling me I have to pay full price because you don't bill my insurance.
Dr. Pearson was an absolute pleasure. Like most people I approach dental care with quite a bit of trepidation. My general experience with dentists has not been great. I have found most dental practices to be overpriced, understaffed, with ridiculous pricing and wait times. Dentists rarely took any time to explain anything... with most of the work performed by disinterested underlings.
