Vesper, Pearlstone and Prospect all were eager to have us close on our condo. Eager enough to have me go to a US embassy to sign the paperwork since I had a trip planned during the closing date they informed me about 30 days in advance (on a condo we've been waiting for since 2022). But NOT eager enough to figure out if the subcontractor (Service Tech) they are associated with finished the work in the unit.
