Dr. Pearlstein is the best dr. I have ever gone to. I have been sick for 2 months went to see him first time gave me medication went back second time for recheck. I feel 100% better. He and his staff are excellent never a long wait. Thank you Dr. Pearlstein and staff
Had sinus surgery with him years ago. Another doctor had to fix it. He lied about some things and then tried to take it back. Never will see him or recommend him ever.
I've been coming here for treatment of allergies over 4 years . They are often busy, but I've never felt rushed when meeting with Dr. Pearlstein. He has always given me no-nonsense advice about my situation and is very warm and personable. They recently changed up the allergy nurse staff and it's a home-run. Mary Ann has always been very nice and helpful, and Brenda is a great addition. The front desk could use better triage; when busy there may be patients milling around in confusion.
Based off of reviews regarding Dr. Pearlstein, it is apparent that I am not the only patient who received deplorable care and negative experiences with him. He showed me absolutely no support during this difficult time, rather joked about how unhappy I was with the trach and not being able to speak. He had a bigger negative impact on my life than he can ever imagine and he showed little care and even less remorse. Look at the other doctors in the Youngstown area, they all have higher rating.
I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN. Dr. Pearlstein is a nice man ... just not an attentive Dr. The office is always packed... which is why it makes sense that the Dr. doesnt seem to have the time to listen or give you much detail surrounding your condition. . I felt rushed, unimportant, and overlooked... on BOTH OCCASSIONS. However..there was one nurse.. that did the irrigation of my ear that was very kind patient and comforting... the rest of the staff seemed cold and unwelcoming..
Daughter had reoccurring ear infections. He was very thorough when explaining our options and when it came time to get tubes he was wonderful.
