Worst Experience EVER!!! I order my bridal gown at Pearl's. They do have a great selection but everything else is horrible. I was so unsatisfied in more ways than one. I bought a beautiful bridesmaids dress from this place and paid over $300. It was a rush order b/c the wedding was planned quickly. My first clue that this place is awful should have been as soon as the consultant showed me where the dresses were and than completely disappeared. I had several to try on and couldn't figure out how to get into a few of them. My mom had to go track her down, after waiting about 20 minutes, and ask her to come help us! Nice place, nice dresses, HORRIBLE service. An attitude adjustment all around for the employees there. They come off as stuck up and rude. You can have the nicest place possible, but if the service is bad, repeat customers will come few and none between. I recommend going anywhere else for your needs, I've had better service at a fast food restaurant.
