I received great service at Pearls and found the gown I found their was amazing. The ladies at Pearl were super helpful!
Not pleased at all ! My 16 year old daughter went in this shop and the staff allowed her to spend $795.00 on a dress that clearly DOSENT fit! Prom is tomorrow so tailoring is not an option. I would think that making a sale, and getting a commission, would not trump a respectful & professional decision to not " up sell" / "sell a bad fitting dress " to a 16 year old young lady. PLEASE, PLEASE READ THIS!!!! Before going to pearls place, I had read a bunch of negative reviews and still decided to give them a try. Worse decision in my wedding planning that I have ever made. The business is unprofessional to say the least. I decided to purchase my bridesmaids dresses and my reception dress for my November wedding of this year. It has been nothing but issues. The lady who does the measurements for the dresses measured my girl completely wrong! which in turn mead the dresses too big and had to be altered... read more
Pearl's Place is definitely the place to shop! The gowns are by far the best I have seen and tried on! They have everything of your dreams! Staff is great and very knowledgeable! They make you feel like you are the only bride-to-be in the entire place!
My ladies and I were simply beautiful because of you. We appreciate each and every one of you for working with us to make sure everything was done in a timely manner.
