I’m a new customer and told them I need to come in to fix a chipped tooth. I scheduled an appointment came in and when they brought me in the back told me they did not have a dentist currently until October. I had left work early and cancel other appointments just for them to say their doctor will not be in until October and would not be able to fix my tooth. Never informed me beforehand very unprofessional.
Alison was the most informative and pleasing hygienist I have ever had. A welcomed addition to the staff.
Everyone was friendly and took the time to listen to me. I left feeling that they are part of my team for my oral health.
The dental examination and experience was amazing. The manner in which the Staff worked with me was exceptional. They made sure I understood everything. The Doctor (Kelly or Keller) truly has skills. I appreciate everything. With Gratitude, I Thank the Pearls Family Denistry Office.
