We always have a good experience at pearlridge pediatric dentistry. They are very accommodating with scheduling. There is plenty of parking, staff is friendly. My child had to have 2 teeth pulled and Dr. Chen was extremely patient and kind.
We were referred by a friend after going to a different pediatric dentist for a couple years that was very turn and burn. We were looking for a more chill/human family practice environment. Pearlridge Pediatric Dentistry totally surpassed my hopes. Dr. Chen and his staff are nice and friendly.
This place is great, timely, gentle, and they get right to the point. They even play movies for children while they are getting dental work done.
Our daughter loves coming to see Dr. Chen. He is amazing with her—very gentle and patient—and we’ve never had any issues. We truly appreciate how understanding and flexible they are when weather or traffic isn’t on our side. The staff is always friendly, and the office is very clean. They take the time to walk my daughter through each step in a way that’s easy for a child to understand, which made her feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, it was a great experience, and the office is very child-friendly and inviting.
