There was a mistake with my order but it was immediately corrected when I called. Then, the carrier de-routed my package so I would not receive it on time. Customer support helped me and sent me a new one and received it next day morning! They went beyond and made it go right even if it was not their fault and saved the day. The pearls are beautiful and high quality. Truly A+ class service, I would buy again.
