Always a pleasant experience with staff very polite and helpful
The young lady at the front desk wanted to charge me for my exam even though my insurance covers routine eye exams. She didn’t even bother checking! I walked out and called the Gurnee location and they right away confirmed that my exam IS covered. Staff needs better training at this location.
