We go to a Pearle Vision in Michigan. We were stuck having to extend our stay in Virginia due the passing of my grandmother. I clhad called this location asking for some assistance as my husband and I did not have any contacts left and needed 3 days worth to make it to the funeral day. We offered to pay for the trial samples but were in need of some contacts as soon as possible. We were told we would have to purchase contacts through them to be given any sample contacts. Poorly managed location. Avoid at all costs. No sense of care for their customers.
I had such an amazing experience Dr. Aaron Figler. He really cares and loves what he does. Very attentive, patience and caring. All the staff is amazing by the way. Good job.
