This is my second time purchasing glasses at this location. Both times, Elizabeth helped me. She’s lovely, helped me pick out the perfect pair each time. Gave me her honest opinion! Thank you….ill be back again.
Very rude staff. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend to anybody. This company needs to evaluate their customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at this Pearl Vision location. The associate was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Truly great service and a very pleasant experience.
