Two years in a row, they over charged and tested without consent. First year I thought it was an accident. Called several times and eventually I had to go in person to dispute and have removed. Now for my 2026 eye exam I specifically asked before my exam to not do any additional nest outside of my covered insurance exam. Second year in a row, same situation. I don’t appreciate slimy medical providers sneaking in charges. I would not recommend and will not return. There are two other options with in a mile of this place.
The young Hispanic girl at the front desk helped and explained everything exceptionally well. She should be given a raise for the amazing customer service work she provides. I’ll definitely be coming back at this location.
I visited this place to get nose guards. With no appointment. She took my glasses in the back and did it within in 5 mins. No charge. I was so touched by this type of service. Highly recommend.
I have been reluctant on going to the eye doctor because it can be hard to find someone who actually cares about your health. I thought I would try this office just to see and I’m so glad I did. The staff is very helpful and organized. Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor. She actually cares about what she’s doing. She explained everything in detail.
