I visited Pearle Vision Airdrie to repair a pair of glasses with several bent hinges. The optician, Erhan, assisted me immediately. He was exceptional, and able to restore the frame to its perfect shape in no time. The overall customer service at this location is outstanding, and highly skilled. I greatly appreciate Erhan assistance, and would recommend their services.
Dr. Yao was very thorough with my sons’ eye exams. He explained to us very clearly about one of my sons’ predisposition to be very myopic as it was probably determined by genetics. He suggested a type of lens that will slow down the progression of his myopia. His team helped us navigate different alternatives so the glasses will be more affordable. We were very grateful for his help and we look forward to working with him in the future.

This is unacceptable there high end lens are very poor , twice they had glazed for wearing outside in sun , they do not inform people to not wear them in the sun or opening a dishwasher or oven , you must take them off apparently or they glaze , then they qouted me 1625.00 dollars to replace just the lens , they are totalling scamming, same glasses were bought online for 600.00 and competitors quoted 1230.00 for same pair , be careful when purchasing glasses, over priced and unqualified people , poorest quality lens, waiting... read more
