Pearle Vision at the 32nd Street Exchange totally made our day, thanks to Danelle. My mom and I just walked in hoping someone could help fix her old favorite glasses (which we didn’t even buy there), and Danelle jumped right in with a smile. I had an amazing experience with the workers at Pearle Vision today. I came in to order contacts and asked if they happened to have any with my prescription in stock because the only pair I had left were the ones I was wearing, and one had ripped. Luckily, they did have my prescription available, which surprised me because they told me they usually don’t carry trial contacts with such a strong prescription. I was very happy they did.
