I visited the store to get glasses replacements. I worked with Lauri. She was very helpful and the most pleasant person that I've worked with the customer service in a while! I return to the store to get new lenses on an older pair of glasses. I worked with Autumn. She was very professional ensuring that I have all the answers to any questions that I might have thought of. The personnel working at your store located at the NEX in Hawaii are very professional and very customer service oriented!

Shout out to Tiffany Carreiro got fit up with two glasses by her, one was safety glasses for work and the other The new Ray Ban Meta She help me to find the best fit and the one matches my face. The Meta glasses is awesome.stll learning how to use it. Most everything's is hand free.
