My second time coming to Pearle and I have to say they have some of the most GORGEOUS frames. I have never been so happy with a pair of glasses or received as many compliments like I have with the frames I’ve gotten here. The facility is clean, the staff is so kind. Definitely recommend coming here. I don’t live close by but it’s worth the drive! Also, Angel was the one who helped me find a new pair and I have a feeling I’m gonna get a lot of complements on those as well!
I met with Dr. Luong for an eye exam, and the appointment was quick and straightforward. Total duration was less than 30 minutes. After the exam, the receptionist, Mandy helped me with questions about switching my glasses lenses and pricing. She did provide the information I needed, but she spoke too quickly and the interaction felt somewhat rushed and slightly dismissive, as though my questions were a bit of an inconvenience. I did my glasses and contacts eye exam here and it was so seamless and quick. Wendy, Angel and Dr Truong were so attentive to all my needs and helped me figure out what is best for me while also making it affordable. They all had amazing recommendations. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends and family.
