The entire crew is so nice, hands down best eye experience. They were thorough and also fast. No wait time. They were patient to explain insurance and options very clearly- so sweet 10/10. Also they have a lot of internal discounts too

This was my first visit to Pearl Vision, and unfortunately it will also be my last. The customer service was disappointing from start to finish. There was little follow-up after my visit, and I felt more pressure to upgrade products and services than to receive personalized care or helpful recommendations.
