Staff member Tara made this visit to Pearle Vision extremely unpleasant and awkward. She displayed irritated facial expressions, shouted out personal medical information repeatedly and used a clipboard to shield her face from the patients in the waiting/glasses areas, while she laughed and “loud whisper” gossiped about these patients with other staff members at the front desk.
The staff at Pearl Vision was friendly, professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We hadn’t been to Pearl Vision in quite a while and had been going elsewhere, but after this visit, we realized we should have never switched. The level of customer service, attention, and care we received was outstanding and far exceeded our experience at the other place. The team made us feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of.
