(10/8/25) Excellent service. My husband and I had appointments on the same day. They took us both in at the same time. Our technician Hailey was nice, fast, and thorough with the medical equipment and helping us feel comfortable. The doctor was pleasant and explained as she went along. She went over our test results and her concerns and gave us recommendations. Everyone was very pleasant, took time to explain the findings, and assisted us with getting new frames and lenses. The doctor and staff were friendly and helpful.
I’ve been a customer for several years at this location. Today (literally just a few minutes ago) I showed up with my kids for their three appointments, and the staff members were trying to force me to be separated from my kids, trying to take them into different rooms. We’ve been here several times before and they’ve never made us do that.
