These people have no accountability. Don’t go here if you want to be taken seriously! These people DO NOT listen to their patients. I specifically requested transition lenses during my appointment, confirmed it with the technician Tori, and it was even noted on my prescription. When I picked up my glasses, my lenses did not transition. No one acknowledged the mistake until I pointed it out, and the apology felt forced. Very professional and clean. In and out no delays and no waiting time.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors assistant and the doctor were wonderful. They both took the time to explain what they were doing. Very professional and actually listen to your questions and concerns. The office has a nice selection of eyewear ranging from low to high in price. Definitely will recommend Pearle Vision to my friends and family.
