This is the only place that I trust to get my lenses and eye exam at. They are always polite, courteous and engaging. Dr. Hyun is amazing. The store manager is excellent. I will always recommend this location to everyone that I know.
If you're looking for a place to get eye glasses, Pearle Vision at the Oceana Navy Exchange is the best place in the area. They have an extensive selection from which to choose. Jennifer, the store manager, operates a no pressure to buy eye glass store. She encouraged my daughter to try on all the glasses that interested her. I inadvertently sat on my glasses for the first time ever. Both arms were bent and a lens had popped out. I took it in and without any fuss, they fixed both issues. To top it off I wasn't charged for the repair. They were friendly, professional and went out of their way to help. Many thanks.
Leah and Jennifer were absolutely lovely. They were so incredibly patient, didn't force me into anything, and made sure that we got the best discount we were eligible for. We stopped by on a visit from another installation, and I 10/10 would make that trip again to get another pair of glasses.
C359-Navy Exchange Oceana.... Since my family has been in the area, they have been the best all around shopping environment PERIOD!. Their customer service is unmatched; the feel of be treated as an individual and not just a customer, blowed me away. I ordered a pair of Meta glasses... They were out of stock.
