The person who helped me at Pearl Vision was a very knowledgable young man, whose name is Jisto. He was very helpful. I learned that I would have to replace the lenses in my glasses because a mark on one of them (from dropping them), which interfered with my vision, could not be sanded off. He gave me three coupons to help with the cost and explained the whole thing very clearly and also kindly. He reflects well on Pearl Vision and I will certainly return the next time I need new glasses.
They have a good range of frames and prices. Both employees i dealt with were a delight! Fantastic customer service!
I could go elsewhere for less expensive glasses but Jessica ALWAYS assists me and gives exceptional service!! I will wait the busyness of this location so I can have Jessica assist me!! She is a gem no photos yet as I'm waiting on my new glasses. Quality frames and lenses always. They have assisted me through eye surgeries and cataract procedures over the past 8+ years. Bravo!
