Jessica is a huge asset to this store. She remembered who I was from the last time I bought glasses with them 2 years ago. She asked about my partner too! She did a great job explaining new products and helping me pick frames that work on my face. Highly recommend. I would love to see some more funky frames but the selection is good.
Repeat customer here! Bought my 3rd pair. I was greeted personally by Jenn then Theresa came to assist me once I had narrowed down my selection. I appreciated the honest opinions from Theresa as I made my selection. She's great! And Jenn too for remembering my name. And yes, sometimes I need to come in & get my glasses adjusted & I'm always greeted & served with professionalism and valued as a customer.
