Very friendly and professional staff. Had an issue with the first set of frames, but they were very helpful to help me find something more suitable. Unfortunately the new prescription given changed from my previous provider and was less accurate - along with the reading area being misaligned in the new progressives. Staff helpful .. but hassle of an experience, so gave up and put the new glasses in the backup drawer.
