Went to obtain sunglasses with 100% UV protection and polarized. The young lady that helped me, Cynara, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. I tried several styles and finally settled on a pair. It was a flawless experience with competitive pricing and would recommend this outlet whole heartedly. Even got advice after I returned home with the product. Exceptional service.
Easy 5 stars. I am from the US and was in the need for an emergency set of contacts. Cynara was an amazing help. I was able to get a picture of my prescription, and she got me into a set within 10 minutes. She should be an example for the company on how to treat a customer. Nothing but a positive experience.
