We had a really good experience at this Owen Sound Pearle Vision location. The receptionist was helpful and polite (I wish I could remember her name!). Dr Chen, the optometrist, was very thorough. We picked up our glasses a couple of weeks later and they are perfect. We’re very happy with the service and the results! Edited to add - Went into the store to see if they... read more
Many thanks to Joshua for his kind attention to detail, explaining everything thoroughly, recommending frame designs and helping me choose the right pair of glasses for me! Highly recommended.
Was good up to the very end. Performed an eye exam, explained the eye exam to me, charged a reasonable price, provided my prescription afterwards, explained why my vision is the way it is, however when I asked for my pupil distance measurement they said it's not a standard part of the eye exam and would only take it if I bought lenses there. I even offered to pay for it as a service. When asked why they gave an excuse about "liability insurance" only covering them for lenses bought at that location.
Fixed my glasses free of charge
i visited this location in the winter to buy a new pair of glasses. however, i realized a few months later the lady never asked me about insurance for my glasses i assumed maybe she added it and i called and low and behold no insurance... quite disappointed in this mistake.
