I have been to this location in Coon Rapids, Riverdale several times for eye exams, new glasses and eyeglass frame adjustments and have always been “wowed” by the professional service I have received by Ken. When I broke yet another frame due to myself, he helped me pick out another, more durable frame and the process was fast and fun! I will ask for him by name from now on!!

I stopped in to do some looking for a pair of sunglasses and I asked for a copy of my prescription. They refused to give it to me because it had come from my optometrist. I reminded them that I brought it in and that they wouldn’t have it if I hadn’t given it to them but they still refused. I got a copy from my clinic and shared the story, my clinic has never heard of a retail outlet refusing to give a customer their own information. Tears...😢... my daughter is inconsolable. She was promised her glasses yesterday by the optometrist at Pearl Vision in Coon Rapids. Her father and I did not propose any promises, the optometrist did. When they did not call we contacted them today. The manager said that they did not get done, and they will not be done until next week. She stated "There is nothing I can do about it" when asked how the problem would be addressed. This service is abonimable.
