The Dr's always seem to care, but the staff many times wants to blame the customer. I did go there for 5+ years. I tried to be very understanding with their issues (example: when their fax machine didn't work for a week and they were unable to fax me my prescription so I could buy contacts 20% less than what they were offering for years). Of course when I asked for a price match, they of course could not because of various different reasons.
