Well ran office! Organized, friendly staff. Acknowledged and helped very promptly after walking in.
Earlier this week I went in for my eye exam, the staffing and Doctor are wonderful! I did shop around on the frames, however the frames I located in the same price point at their competitors was no comparison! Their competitors frames were low quality and flimsy. I worked with Nan at this location and she is amazing! Spent time with me and helped me pick out glasses that would fit my face shape the best. Friendly staff, appointment was right on time and quick service. I hate getting to an appointment and waiting for an hour before getting to see a dr. I've been coming to this location for years and never had more than a 10 minute wait.
Very great experience at Pearle Vision. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I came in to the office today after making a late appointment. And they got me right in. They helped me with all of my concerns and did an excellent job.
Everybody at Pearle Vision Canton has been very accommodating. I had a fall & broke my glasses so had to have new glasses quickly. They worked with me to get prescription from another location. Saw the Dr. today for eye exam- had to wait for my eyes to recover from fall that caused me to have 2 black eyes. He was also very efficient. I will go back to this location. Linda Josey
