Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive to myself and my Husband. Alan went above and beyond helping me with my difficulties. Dr. Kory and Alan stayed late at the end of the day helping me find just the right prescription (apparently I'm in-between) and ordered the correct lenses after trying 2 other prescriptions. Don’t like the service I waited 2 hours to see eye dr. since I came 30 minutes early still I waited , they charge me $30 copay , last year I pay only $20.i had Medicare n supplemental insurance from Premera Blue Cross . That’s why I don’t want to recommend them .. (Sexton Vision Group in Tacoma where Pearl Vision is )
I wished I went back there Pearle Vision last year since I was paying for eye vision insurance when away from Seattle VA. Was fining to cancel my insurances but found out it was for vision and dental. Still need them both. The Optometric Doctor Nguyen was very nice and knowledgeable (even worked at the VA before) and the lady helping me get glasses were very nice. Even fixed both of my glasses- regular and sun glasses. Screw placed on one and the other one was adjusted.
Wendy at Pearl Vision is the best. She is so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Wendy I thank you so much. I love my new glasses and I see the best ever!
I just had another terrific experience at Pearl Vision Tacoma. Kerry and Julie are wonderful. Kerry is my "go to" when it comes to picking new glasses. She has exceptional customer service skills and always makes my visits fun. Kerry and Julie seem to work in concert to make sure that the customer has an excellent experience. I am fortunate to have good eye insurance and could go anywhere to buy glasses but as long as they are with Pearl Vision, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
Alan was very friendly and attentive took great care of me and took plenty of time to help me pick new frames. Process was very easy and I am sure I will love my new glasses when they come in. Much more than I can say for the lack of customer service received elsewhere!
The lady I wish I could remember her name was amazing I bent my glasses at work and wasn't sure we could fix them but she did and another pair and she was super busy but still took time to help me and they are better now then they were, thank you super glasses fixing woman.
